Traditional cooking and seasonal menu, on request can be vegetarian.

Seasonal menu is based on “what the garden gives”, ingredients and raw materials come from a “chemical free” agriculture.

Bread is home made with milled flour in our mill and cooked into a wood oven, beans and polenta never fail!

House Speciality:


Appetizer:
  • - garlic bread with tomato sauce and olive paste, with porcini, wild asparagus and eggs, leeks and speck;
  • - beans of Lamon with sauce and vegetables.

First dishes:
  • - homemade tagliatelle (noodles) with mushrooms and walnuts sauce;
  • - pumpkin gnocchi with walnuts and rosemary;
  • - potato gnocchi with rocket salad or with pesto;
  • - risotto with wild herbs, with chestnuts and chicory, with zucchini and blackberries;
  • - baked cannelloni with ricotta cheese and wild herbs with savory cabbage and potatoes;
  • - soup with onion and nettles;
  • - soup with beans and barley;
  • - porcini soup;

Second dishes:
  • - baked rabbit;
  • - roosted stewed;
  • - beef stew;
  • - baked pork ribs;
  • - cotechino;
  • - roasted lamb;
  • - schiz tosella (tipical grilled cheese);
  • - local cheeses;

Side dishes:
  • - copious and seasonal

Anna's sweet:
  • - naturally leavened plait with nuts and honey;
  • - tart with ricotta cheese, walnuts and amaretto;
  • - hazelnut cake;
  • - fruit tart;
  • - apple strudel;
